Our congress partner Forum Leverkusen, situated in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, is run in a manner that perfectly suits its cultural and convivial furnishings. Alongside the classic events such as theatre performances, concert evenings and other similar cultural functions, the Forum is also available for conferences, trade fairs and social events, and offers space for up to 2070 people.

Large halls, a multitude of seminar, conference and presentation rooms as well as professional event technology have made the Forum one of the most sought-after venues for cultural events and festivals of all kinds (including the world famous “Leverkusener Jazztage”).

The Great Hall provides the perfect location for theatre performances, operas, musicals, concerts, ballets, cabarets, comedy shows and much, much more.

The unique trademark of this hall is its exceedingly artistic and fashionable terraced layout. With a careful selection of various layers of seating, the hall can be utilised for a diverse range of events.

Agam Hall

The Agam hall, based on the outline of an equal-sided hexagon and decorated with moving slats designed by the artist Yaacov Agam, is just as versatile in its possible uses as it is in its possible seating layouts. The variable stages and the parquet floor can certainly be used for cultural events and celebrations, as well.

The Film Studio

The Forum has its own personal cinema at its disposal, which offers a culturally sophisticated programme. With its 144 fixed seats in nine ascending rows, the Film Studio is also perfectly suited for multimedia-based demonstrations and presentations.

Club Rooms

Our six differently sized Club Rooms offer customised solutions for group projects, whether in the context of a conference or just for a one-off rental. For these purposes, a U or square seating arrangement is preferred, allowing work groups of between 18 and 25 people to work “in medias res”.

The Wardrobe Foyer

This is the place to let your fantasies have free reign, that is to say, in a single huge space on one level measuring 1200 m². The self-same Foyer is available for exchanges, markets and exhibitions. Naturally, we can also provide professional technical and logistical equipment to help you deliver a perfect event.
